Hi! We are Napon and Amelia.

Welcome to our blog!

In 2023, We both took a gap year to travel the world. In 2024, we decided to extend that gap year by 1 more year.

We created this website to document our journey and share our experiences. From travel reflections, to lounge reviews, to tourist destination recommendations, we invite you to follow along as we share the highlights of our travels with you.

1. How can you afford to travel for so long?

We saved up from working in our tech jobs for over 6 years, which helped us jump start much of our travels. We also did slow travel which is not only less intense, but also allows us to save more money in the long run.

3. Where have you been so far?

The list is ever-growing, but so far, we’ve been to Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Indonesia Canada, USA, Italy, France, Spain and Portugal.

2. What is your favourite country so far?

That’s really hard to say, but you will find Napon in Japan at least once a year!

4. Which country is next?

We would love to visit Vietnam or Korea next!
