On May 7, 2024, we stopped by the Blossom Lounge in Singapore Changi Airport’s newest Terminal 4. The lounge is in a great spot, overlooking the bustling shops below. We really appreciated how easy it was to find and how convenient it was for travelers like us needing a cozy place to relax before our flight.
Ambiance and Design

The lounge had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with warm lighting that wasn’t too harsh—just right for a calm break. We appreciated the open layout, which gave us a clear view of the terminal below and a lovely Peranakan house display. The space felt fresh and modern, making it a nice spot to relax before continuing our journey.
Seating and Comfort

There are plenty of seating options, from dining areas and single seats to cubicles, work desks, and charging stations. The lounge provides ample space for working on a laptop, with lots of power outlets and USB ports. We found the seating to be very comfortable, perfect for both relaxing and getting some work done.
Food and Beverage

The drink selection was good, with alcohol, soft drinks, coffee, tea, and orange juice available. We also noticed some nice extras like ice cream and red bean soup, which were a fun surprise. The food options were decent, including a salad bar, hot rice dishes, and made-to-order laksa or vegetarian noodles. They even had cereals for a quick snack. Unfortunately, the bar was closed during our visit, and we couldn’t find any signs indicating its hours. We did appreciate that the lounge doesn’t use any pork or lard in its dishes, which might be helpful for some travelers.
Amenities
Cleanliness and Maintenance
The lounge was spotless and well-maintained throughout our visit. The seating areas, dining spaces, and restrooms were regularly cleaned, which made our time there feel comfortable and pleasant.
Customer Service
The staff at the Blossom Lounge were friendly and professional. They kept the food stations well-stocked and maintained a good balance of being attentive without hovering. While they mostly left us to enjoy our time, they were quick to help whenever we needed assistance.
Pricing and Access
We accessed the lounge using a Priority Pass. For a Priority Pass lounge, it offered good value with its amenities and food quality, but we wouldn’t consider it worth paying for separately without a pass. For those without a pass, it costs about 35USD to access the lounge for 3 hours.
Overall Experience
The Blossom Lounge provides a comfortable and convenient spot for travelers. While there’s room for improvement in the food quality, the variety is decent, and the overall atmosphere is cozy and work-friendly. With its great location, thoughtful amenities, and friendly service, it’s a solid option for anyone passing through Terminal 4 at Changi Airport.
Tips for Visiting
Summary
Overall, we recommend the Blossom Lounge for its comfortable seating, decent food variety, and work-friendly setup. It’s a great spot to relax or catch up on work, especially if you’re accessing it with a Priority Pass.
